So I am playing a little here. Here is the video from yesterday. Navjit has since replied and said: Great Advice David. I’m knitting, reading, listening to music. Learning a language is a good idea - think i’ll start hindi. Planning my day like you say. My sound is a constant hiss. You give me hope
Any comments or ideas about how to help people stop thinking about Tinnutus?

Definitely walking, sounds silly, but I walked for hours at the height of this…
I also found that getting in the courage and strength to get back to work and start living a normal life helps significantly, even during a spike, I don’t even think about it until I’m home, and things, get quiet, and even at that point, it’s nothing like it used to be

Absolutely! Walking is something that doctors prescribe for just about every ailment. Sometimes you just have to get up and put one foot in front of the other, and as you move forward, your life starts to move forward again too. I'm really happy to hear that you have made it to a better place in your life. Like so many of us, it was difficult in the beginning, perhaps one of life's greatest challenges.
