What you choose to say about your tinnitus can have a huge impact on how you’re able to cope with it and how your body responds to it. In essence, our habitual thinking is who we are. And we have the ability to change what we think. So in this video, I just got some ideas for you so you can learn to not think about tinnitus so much and start thinking about other things.
